Seven Social Care is looking for a Qualified Social Worker to fill an opportunity specialising in the wellbeing of children across Cambridgeshire

The role:

As a Qualified Social Worker, you will be responsible for Safeguarding. The role of a Qualified Social Worker is a key position that brings together the needs of young people, the support and liaison with the placing authority and the administration and delivery of the service.

Key Responsibilities:

Undertake initial visits & Assessments.
Initiate and carry out local recruitment activities and analyse the effectiveness of methods used.
Carry out stringent assessmens, presenting reports to panel.
Ensure that at all times you work with a commitment to Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children & adults
Applicant Requirements:

Qualifications: Degree approved by the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
Experience: 2+ years working with children as a qualified Social Worker in the UK.
Compliance: Up to date HCPC registration and DBS.
Travel: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently.
Hours: 37 hours p/w.
