Rocasa Consulting is recruiting for a Project Assistant for a homeless support living service in High Wycombe. The purpose of the role is to engage with the residents, assist with the general upkeep of the service and aid the support workers in their supporting of clients.

You do not necessarily need experience in working homelessness. We are looking for someone with a great work ethic, compassionate personality, a willingness to get stuck in, ability to handle challenging behaviour. Previous experience in Social Care would be beneficial.

This is fulltime role and you would be rota’d for shifts across the week, Monday to Sunday. Shifts are either “Early” (07:15-15:15) or “Late” (13:30-21:30)
