Our Regional Office's located in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire is looking to deliver a range of positions in the Healthcare sector for Permanent Staffing , working with a number of national Care Providers , plus looking for a dynamic approach to source new opportunities ,and is needing Experienced Permanent Staffing Recruiter with Agency Recruitment background
We are needing on a 12 month Contract Basis to begin with(becoming permanent if successful), a proven Permanent Staffing Recruiter , with desirable Experience in a Fast Pace Recruitment Agency environment , for Healthcare / Education Recruitment and is passionate and focused to deliver an end result.
The role itself will involve, working with the Recruitment Management Team for
* Implementing the overall permanent recruitment strategy
* Sourcing and attracting Clients and Candidates, by using networks , databases , social media etc.
* Conducting Interviews and filtering Candidates for open positions.
* Manage Client relationships and expectations and use this as a model to source.
* Deliver to Clients the skill sets to their needs and be able to demonstrate strong sales ability in gaining the PSL and importantly the placement
* Daily following up on existing and new leads for new business and being able to create an opportunity for both Client and Candidate , increasing Sales Revenue and Margins
* Positive Attitude , Great with People and excellent communicator , Enjoys a Challenge and able to respond to the Challenge , and a strong negotiator with all parties to a successful conclusion
You will enjoy building a network and relationships with Clients and Candidates.
You are creative and can quickly move on an opportunity to a successful conclusion.
Ready to source new opportunities and enjoy the hub of Communication seeking those targets.
Develop and Close off a network of Clients and their Permanent Staffing needs.
Develop new Business with Sales and Marketing with current and new Clients
Build Rapport and alignment on Opportunities and deliver to sales target requirements
Support the Candidates in placements by increasing the job roles in a timely cohesive manner
Cold calling and opportunist to seal and close deals quickly and effectively
Resource Management and preferred experience or knowledge of Recruitment Business Development and Perm Staffing filling
