I am working on behalf of a well-established, reputable domiciliary care provider that requires an Operations Manager to line manage the management team and ensure Operations are working efficiently. They have 10 sites across the midlands/south of England.

The role:
To support the Area Manager in the day-to-day operations
Covering around 10 sites across the midlands/south
Line managing 4/5 managers and around 9500 hours of care per week
To report in to the MD
Work and liaise closely with local authorities
Retention of workforce
Working with commissioners
Support with acquisitions and business strategy
Working from home, with travelling to offices
Required competencies:
Experienced Area Manager/Operations experience within Domiciliary Care
Proactivity and motivation skills
Experience of working with local authorities
Extensive knowledge of care sector
