Purosearch are proud to announce an urgent requirement for Operations Manager / Regional Manager / Area Manager overseeing 9 homes in Hampshire, Essex, East Anglia, Berkshire areas. Ideally candidates will live in the southern counties such as Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hampshire, Hertfordshire, Essex, Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire, Midlands etc.

As Operations Manager / Regional Director you will join an organisation dedicated to providing exceptional care within wonderful homes. The homes are modern and boast excellent facilities. You will find yourself in a position dedicated to ensuring elderly people are looked after to the highest standards and you will enjoy an autonomous senior management post.

As Operations Manager / Regional Manager / Area Manager you will ensure nursing and residential homes are compliant with CQC legislation and deliver first class care to their residents.

As Area Manager / Operations Manager you will be a focal point for Home Managers with regards to all issues relating to care provision, CQC legislation and business matters.

Operations Manager / Regional Manager / Area Manager applicant's should have proven regional management experience and should have a solid background in care home management. Area Manager / Operations Manager's must be fully aware of CQC standards in addition to displaying excellent business skills. You MUST be nurse qualified – RGN / RMN.
