The home offers a vast range of specialist care, including Dementia, Mental Health Condition, Old Age, Physical Disability and Sensory Impairment.

The Candidate
The successful candidate must be an experienced Nursing Home Manager, registered for a minimum of two years with proven success in a medium sized nursing home. A nursing qualification is essential to this role. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, and a proven history of successfully running a care service. My client is looking for the best talent in the sector, and is looking to hire someone driven, determined and passionate about making a positive difference to people's lives.

Essential Requirements
2 years Registered Home Manager Experience
Registered Nurse with current PIN
Driving licence
Excellent CQC knowledge
Excellent leadership qualities

Location
This role is based in Bletchley, and is commutable from Northampton Bedford, Luton, Oxford Banbury and surrounding areas.
