Nursing Home Manager / Care Home Manager

Salary: Circa £55k

Purosearch are working in partnership with a wonderful care provider who require a new Nursing Home Manager / Care Home Manager to oversee a luxury care home / nursing home based in the Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire area.

As Nursing Home Manager / Care Home Manager you will oversee the management of a beautiful nursing home. This nursing home is a newly built property with excellent facilities.

Our client prefers to hire an experienced Nursing Home Manager / Care Home Manager. Nursing Home Manager candidate's do not need to be Nurse qualified but should have managed a nursing home previously. A Nurse qualification is advantageous. Nursing Home Manager / Care Home Manager candidates should have a proven track record of overseeing care homes with excellent resident care delivery and CQC reports.

As Nursing Home Manager / Care Home Manager you will ensure the nursing home remains fully compliant and continues to deliver high calibre care to all residents. As Nursing Home Manager / Care Home Manager you will define care strategies, write policies and procedures, oversee care planning and ensure that the home is as successful as possible.

The successful Nursing Home Manager / Care Home Manager candidate will have the following experience and qualifications:
-Nurse qualification RGN / RMN preferred, not essential
-Proven track record of successful care home management
-Proven success in the nursing home sector
-Sound knowledge of CQC and Care Standards
– Dynamic & Enthusiastic
-Strong business management

Duties will include:
-Overall responsibility of the nursing home
-Staff management/appraisals/Training within the home
-Care plans/reviews/meetings
-Budget management for the home

Ideal candidates should have worked as a: Nursing Home Manager, Care Home Manager, Elderly Care Manager, Care Manager, Registered Home Manager
