Salary: £60,000 plus bonus

On behalf of a leading care provider I am currently looking for a Nursing Home Manager / Care Home Manager to join one of their beautiful, purpose built nursing homes based in Milton Keynes. The care home provider are one of the very best care home providers in the UK. They have a very good reputation for overseeing a range of excellent nursing homes based throughout the Buckinghamshire area. The home has stable staff team and very supportive senior management team. The nursing home is fully compliant in its last CQC report and it has a wonderful reputation.

To be considered for this nursing home manager / care home manager role you should have previous management experience, hold a management qualification and you must hold a Nurse qualification either RGN or RMN. Nursing Home Manager / Care Home Manager candidates should have history of obtaining good CQC reports and should have solid home management experience.

This is a beautiful, privately owned nursing home / care home that provides nursing, residential and dementia care to elderly service users. It is a beautiful new build care home with state of the art facilities.

The nursing home manager / care home manager job role:
• Manage the day to day running of the home.
• Provide staff management, support and development.
• Ensure each resident receives the highest standard of care.
• To liaise with and co-operate with CQC inspectors and with their inspections.
• Help develop / turn around home and achieve CQC compliance

Person specification of the nursing home manager / care home manager:
• Home manager's must be nurse qualified RGN / RMN / RN
• Nursing home management / care home management experience
• A relevant care management qualification
• Care home development / troubleshooting advantageous
• Organised and able to manage others.
• A good communicator.
