Rocasa Consulting is currently recruiting for a support worker at the Supported Living project in High Wycombe & Aylesbury.

The project aims to provide accommodation and support, with the view that the Service User will obtain their own independent tenancy and accommodation.

As a Support Worker, an ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate the following.

* Establish collaborative relationships with clients, working to increase their strengths

* Safely resolve crises and respond non-judgmentally to problematic behaviour

* Help develop and implement service plans, and be a strong advocate for the client

* Demonstrate an understanding of oppression and marginalization of the homeless

* Make positive contributions to the team, support and back up your co-workers at all times

The ideal candidate will have the following…

* An enhanced DBS check (dated within one year or on update service.).

* Previous experience as a support worker (preferably in housing)

Details:

* Pay: £10.54 PAYE

* Hours: Early 07:15-15:30, Late 13:30-21:30, Night 21:00-07:30

* Term: ongoing
