Seven Social Care are looking for a Temporary Homeless Project Assistant for a 6 week placement in Aylesbury.
The role:
As a Project Assistant, you will be require to assist in the provision of a housing and support service for the vulnerable clients. You will be required to assist in the day to day delivery of the service for supported schemes, and assist clients in achieving their personalised support outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as an initial point of reference on the phone, or in a reception area as required.
Assist in the provision of a comprehensive housing management and support service, including working with tenancy agreements and collecting rents and charges.
Carry out day to day office administrative functions to ensure that all records and files are maintained and held securely and that the confidentiality of information is upheld.
Have an awareness of the clients support needs, working, under direction, supporting clients to help them achieve their agreed outcomes. .
Applicant Requirements:
Qualifications: N/A
Experience: 2+ years working with homeless clients.
Compliance: Up to date DBS.
Travel: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently.
Hours: 37.5 hours p/w.
