I have an exciting new opportunity to work as a Registered Manager in a brand new residential home in Bedford, supporting elderly and dementia residents.

My client is a leading healthcare organisation specialising in elderly and dementia residential homes – nearly all with a good CQC.
The home itself is a new build and is now ready to open its doors again and bring in both residents and staff.

You will have the opportunity to take on a new project, bringing in staff and residents. You will report into the Regional Manager who will support you with this new challenge. You will be in charge of running the home, care plans, CQC and overseeing the staff.

Home Manager requirements:

•You will need to be a Home Manager
•You will need to have experience working in an elderly care home setting
•You will ideally hold an NVQ Level 5
