We're recruiting Support Workers and Health Care Assistants to work in Old Stratford to provide specialist care for patients. Full or Part Time available working Various Shifts to suit!

Location: Old Stratford, Milton Keynes MK19
Covering Milton Keynes and Northampton

Contract: Temporary Ongoing

Salary: Basic rate £10.50/hour, Nights @ £13/hour, Weekends and Bank Holidays @ £12-£16/hour

Shifts: Full or Part Time to suit

Hours of work: working one of these shifts, 7am to 2pm OR 2pm to 10pm OR 8pm to 8am OR 10pm to 8am. More hours can be considered.

Start Date: as soon as possible

Desirable: ideally with 6 months UK experience in a supported living, residential care-homes and/or hospital-based HCA (Healthcare Assistant) role.

As a Health Care Assistant, you'll be supporting patients with housekeeping, preparing meals, socialising, maintaining personal hygiene and wellbeing, observations, promoting a safe environment for service users, and assisting the nurse with their clinic duties. We're looking for people who are adaptable to change, flexible, have a positive attitude and who will be dedicated to our patients. You may be working on your own or as part of a team, and you'll have to have good verbal and written communication.
It can be isolating for some of our patients, so you'll need to be attentive, show empathy and be passionate about building relationships.

*Prior to starting you will be required to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination and must be willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS check along with standard pre-employment checks*
