HEAD OF NURSING – MAIDENHEAD – £55,750 – £62,770 PER ANNUM PLUS GOOD COMPANY BENEFITS

(CAMHS) hospital for young people aged 12 to 18 years.

This leading specialist healthcare provider is currently looking for a Head of Nursing, to work with the multi-disciplinary leadership team in developing and delivering the service of the highest quality to patients and their families. 

You will lead and manage the nursing and care staff to ensure patients receive care that is safe, effective, responsive, caring and well led.

Requirements for this position:

Nurse Qualification (RMN/RNLD/RGN) with current NMC pin
Experience of leading and managing nursing and care staff 
Experience leading the development of an on-going quality improvement plan
