We have an exciting job opportunity for a Head of Learning and Development / Training Operations Manager. This role will focus upon improving and developing training across a medium sized care provider who have nursing homes based across the South East.

You will improve training across all services and you will ensure carers and nurses are trained to the highest standards. You will design all learning and training programmes and you will ensure a culture of high calibre care is delivered across the entire organisation. You will oversee e-learning systems and ensure excellent inductions are delivered to all new starters. As Head of Learning and Development / Training Operations Manager you will strive to ensure that all training is market leading.

Head of Learning and Development / Training Operations Manager candidates must have strong knowledge of the elderly care sector and be aware of nursing and CQC legislation.
