Support Workers at Salutem support people like Mark, Matty and Leslie to overcome any personal challenges each day so they can achieve outstanding outcomes. Individuals in our Salutem family may have disabilities or require complex care, but that doesn’t stop them from having fun, laughing hard and loving life.

Thurston House is a 7-bed residential care home in Newport Pagnall supporting adults with learning and physical disabilities to live a happy and fulfilling lifestyle as independently as possible.

The individuals we support at Thurston House are encouraged and supported to take part in daily life activities (with cooking and baking being a firm favourite!) to enable them to build and develop their life skills.

Each day will be different, and the main focus of your role is to provide daily support. It’s definitely not a normal 9-5, you can work days, nights, and flexible shifts too. Talking of 'dream’ jobs, some of our shifts are sleep-ins!
