A rewarding opportunity, to assist young people in finding suitable employment and identify the welfare and emotional support needed. Based in Milton Keynes, you will be working in partnership and within the community to ensure that young people are referred and are supported with information, advice and guidance.

As a coach you will liaise with a number of partners, stakeholders to meet the needs of young people in seeking employment. The ability to manage the programme of support for each individual, based on a person-centred approach. The ability to devise an action plan to ensure the service offered meets the needs and the wishes of the young person and the needs of the local labour market. A background in supporting young adults in employment related support, also experience of supporting and understanding of mental health in young people.

Desirable is life coach/NLP practitioner qualification, however the ability to network efficiently with voluntary, corporate and statutory agencies to promote the needs and wishes of young people. Excellent communication skills, the ability to empower, motivate and enthuse young people. Able to build relationships, manage challenging behaviour, be patience, calming, compassionate and empathetic.
