Paterson Healthcare is a specialist healthcare recruitment agency, providing experienced domiciliary carers in the Milton Keynes area.

We are currently recruiting for Domiciliary Carers to work within our clients homes in the Milton Keynes area.  

You and the role!

you'll need to be able to follow comprehensive support plans

work with care staff already in place as part of the team

you'll have a minimum of 6 months experience of working with older adults with varying needs, including dementia and behaviours that may challenge

you'll have a passion for your job

It goes without saying that you will be friendly, patient, empathetic, punctual and reliable

shift patterns include early, lates, nights and weekend work

shifts are paid in full – including the travel time between addresses

mileage is paid
