Deputy Care Manager (Homecare), permanent job vacancy, High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire.

Key Information

* £28K – £31K per annum DOE.

* Full-time, 37.5 hours per week + on-call duties.

* Diploma or NVQ level 3 Qualification in Adult Social Care essential.

* Minimum 2-years’ experience in older adult homecare & in a supervisory role essential.

* Good knowledge of CQC regulations essential.

* Driving licence and access to a vehicle essential.

Your Role

As our Deputy Care Manager, you will assist the Registered Manager in ensuring the highest standard of care is always provided to our clients. Our branch is rated as “Outstanding” for caring and “Good” overall by the CQC, and you will play a pivotal role in helping the branch continue to grow and work towards achieving an overall “Outstanding” rating in our next inspection. The role will include:

* Conduct assessments & reviews with clients & produce care plans.

* Providing leadership & supervision to our team of carers.

* Provide cover in the absence of the Branch Manager.

* Office administration tasks & updating relevant documents.

* Provide care calls when required.

* Participate in on-call on rota basis.
