This unique position is a great opportunity to uncover valuable insights from the care provider market that, if presented correctly and at the right level, could create meaningful change benefitting both the care market, customers and consequently those that need care.
Working closely with existing customers and internal account management teams, the Customer Insights Manager will set up and run multiple research and insight topics at any one time with the support of one indirect report (already in post).
The main aims will include:
* Positioning our client as experts in the care provider market
* Creating credibility and commercial attraction to the consultancy services on offer
* Adding value to high priority customers through the insights provided
The Provider Insights Manager will report into the Supply Chain Manager and will join the wider Supply Chain team.
Responsibilities:
* Leading the Provider Insights service and developing it into a credible and commercially valuable service offering
* Identifying and delivering to briefs that will benefit customer base and/or internal teams, uncovering valuable insights into the care provider market
* Engaging with large numbers of care homes, homecare agencies, and membership bodies, including on the phone, Teams, email communications and surveys
* Writing and publishing findings for external and internal use
* Responsible for indirect line management of one member of staff
Essential skills:
* Highly inquisitive, comfortable undertaking research and uncovering insights
* Strong organisational skills
* Ability to write clear and engaging reports to illustrate findings
* Competent in data analysis and manipulation of large data sets
* Proven experience in creating and maintaining long lasting relationships
* A history of finding innovative solutions to difficult problems
* Very comfortable holding and chairing meetings internally and externally
* Excellent communicator, both in person and remote
Desirable skills:
* Strong understanding of the Health and Social Care sectors and the challenges faced
* Previous experience working within a Health and Social Care setting
* Project Management experience
* Previous Account Management experience
* Managing and motivating a direct report
* Experience creating and/or leading on a newly developed service
