White Knight are delighted to be recruiting for a Clinical Lead  to join a wonderful provider based in Maidenhead. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Clinical Lead / Senior Nurse to join a treatment centre for young people with mental health conditions. The successful Clinical Lead/Senior Nurse will have the following responsibilities:

Provide day to day Management of team
Supporting the line manager to run service efficiently 
Take responsibility for care provided to patients 
Be responsible for staff training and observations 
Ensure compliance in line with CQC guidelines 
Provide clinical support to service users where required 

The successful Clinical Lead / Ward Manager will have the following experience:

RMN or RNLD Qualified
Experience of managing teams within a clinical environment 
Experience of working with services users with Learning disabilities or Mental Health conditions 
Excellent Management experience 

Active NMC PIN
