We have an amazing opportunity for Senior Support Workers in the Milton Keynes area.
We are opening up a new Care Home for Children, giving you the chance to be a part of something truly exciting form the very start.
This is a permanent position that will require weekend and evening work on a rota basis to ensure carers are on hand at all times.
We are looking for friendly, hardworking and above all passionate individuals that will help make a positive impact on the children in the home.
Essential:
Experience working with children and young people with learning disability and challenging behaviours
NVQ Level 3 in Children & Young People's Workforce (Or equivalent)
Communication
Person Centred Care Planning
Team Player
Enthusiastic
Desired:
Shift Leading
Staff supervision
Rota drawing
Administering of medication
