We are currently recruiting talented Support Care Workers in Milton Keynes to share our vision and values.

You will take on this new role supporting children with complex care needs within their own homes. Your duties will be varied, with some healthcare support needed while, you may also be required to assist with trips out in the community, social activities and any additional day-to-day tasks. It will involve driving or commuting to various locations in Milton Keynes (Newport Pagnell, Olney).

About this role:

* Providing excellent support for children with different care needs

* Building relationships with service users and their families

* Following care plans to help service users reach their goals

* Support with day to day living, personal care including

* Support service users on days out and activities

* Qualifications and Skills

* Previous care experience is greatly welcomed but training is provided.
