Care Team Leader / House Coordinator (Supported Living / Learning Disabilities)
Salary: £21,700-£23,500 per annum
Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week

Camphill Milton Keynes Communities is a charity providing unique person centred support, based on a modern view of the Camphill movement, for adults with learning disabilities and autistic spectrum condition. About you:
We are seeking a team leader with previous experience in social care, working with people with learning disabilities or complex needs, with a minimum Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Health and Social Care.
You will work as a member of the day to day hands-on Care & Support Team in close liaison with our Care & Support managers to provide high quality care and support to residents.
As team leader, you’ll oversee the development and implementation of care and support plans which are designed to provide meaningful choice and support to those in need of care and support, so they can access services to help them lead the life they want.
You’ll be able to demonstrate experience in managing and developing staff and volunteers, alongside leadership abilities and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You’ll also be able to demonstrate an ability to use IT including Outlook, Word and Excel.
It is important that you can demonstrate a flexible approach to work as you will be required to cover a weekly rota, which includes evenings, weekends, bank holidays, sleep-ins and on-call duties on an agreed rota basis.
A clean driving licence is highly desirable.
