Senior Carer/Team Leader Role in High Wycombe

We have an exciting new vacancy for a Senior Carer seeking a Team Leader position in the High Wycombe area!

Our client, who is a leading provider or residential care to those with mild dementia is recruiting for talented and qualified team leaders to assist the management team in keeping the home running a high standard.

The service is a registered as a residential care home for 40 service users.

About the role:

The company provides support for people with a variety of needs including but not limited to Vascular Dementia, challenging behaviours and mental health conditions in older adults.

As a Senior Carer/Team Leader you will support the care assistants ensuring that the very highest standards of support are provided in accordance with the company's Mission Statement.

As a Senior Carer/Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring a high quality of care and service is provided to all residents at all times. You'll play a key part with care delivery in the home including personal care, record keeping, dealing with residents' monies, and administering medication.

Full time, permanent Senior Carer / Team Leader roles
37.5 hours per week

7:45am – 8:15pm

Paid Breaks
£11.02 per hour

Requirements:

Previous experience within a supported living/residential care home as a Senior Carer/Care Team Leader
NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
