Ten90 is currently recruiting for brilliant workers who can provide support to elderly client with Dementia.

We are looking for Healthcare Assistants who live within a commutable distance of Milton Keynes

The primary aim of the role is to engage, support and empower individuals to achieve their individual Person Centred Plans. To do so, it would be desirable if you have worked within care before, but if you haven't worked in care before, not to worry as we are looking to take on people who have outstanding people skills, values and a passion for their role as well as understanding the importance of their contribution towards a vulnerable persons future. The reason for this is because everything you do whilst at work will be for the person you are supporting. In terms of values – we want you to care and support someone with Dementia, respect their choices, encourage them day to day, respect their dignity etc

Skills required:

Computer literate
Good written and verbal communication skills
Good interpersonal skills
Good listening skills
Good team skills, but also possess the ability to sometimes work alone
Good organisational skills
Good planning, prioritising and monitoring skills
Good decision making skills
Good numeracy skills

Please bear in mind, for work you will be need to be flexible for this work .

You will need a valid in date DBS to start working – preferably
