SUPPORT WORKERS / CARE ASSISTANTS IN BICESTER AND SURROUNDING AREAS ARE URGENTLY REQUIRED £10.50/hour+
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our clients for experienced and dedicated Support Workers and Care Assistants to help increase their staffing levels to keep our vulnerable people in Bicester to live their lives with the support and comfort the way they deserve.

We are looking to add to our outstanding Team of Support Workers and Care Assistants and we are offering a range of guaranteed flexible full and part time shifts (Including Bank Support Worker Hours) with competitive hourly pay rate of between £10.50 and £13.75 – depending upon skills and experience (including holiday pay) for the very best candidates.
We are currently offering shifts in a variety of settings including Residential Homes, Supported Living Homes, Nursing Homes, Education Settings, Private Hospitals and Complex Care Settings, together with:

As a Support Worker/Care Assistant, you can expect to carry out the following duties;
• Assisting service users with personal care, moving and handling and helping with mealtimes.
• Managing behaviours that challenge
• Domestic duties
• Food preparation
• Completion of daily notes and MAR sheets
• Being as proactive as possible when on shift and using own initiative
• Working as part of a dedicated, professional team
We would expect Support Workers/Care Assistants to have the following;
• A minimum of 6 months experience in is essential
• A DBS on the update system is preferred but not essential.
• A friendly and positive attitude with good communication skills.
• Kind, caring, empathetic and approachable personality that service users would find friendly and welcoming.
• A willingness to expand your knowledge and skills.
• It is now law you must be up to date with Covid 19 vaccinations unless you are under 18 year of age or are clinically exempt.
