R.E.A.C.H. Ltd is the largest family run provider of high quality residential care services within Buckinghamshire and Berkshire. We support individuals with a learning disability and/or Autism, physical disabilities and other complex needs across ten services. We are looking to recruit a proactive, organised, reliable & experienced individual who will play a key role in accounts as a Bookkeeper.
Job Role:
Work to provide bookkeeping and payroll service across the organisation
Bookkeeping
* Cash Flow Forecasting, Monthly Budget reports, statement of financial position, P&L
* Purchase Ledgers (supplier invoices in sage)
* Sales Ledgers (customer invoices in sage), calculating DSS receipts from councils, pension department and invoices agreed for all homes.
* Reconciling the Main & House Bank Accounts, Petty Cash reconciliation and Personal Allowance code in Sage 50 accounts.
* Liaising with home managers and other departments to keep accounts up to date
* Prepayments & Accruals

Payroll
All aspects – checking & updating HMRC tax code, Holiday entitlement, generate payslips, submit real time information to HMRC, checking time sheets… etc
Essential:
* Good knowledge and experience of Sage 50 Accounts
* Good knowledge and experience of Sage 50 Payroll
* High level of Excel.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Depending on experience up to £34,000 per year

* Bookkeeping: 5 years+ (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
* Driving Licence (preferred)
* AAT qualification Level 3 or Level 4 will be highly beneficial for Sage
* Payroll qualification CIPP Payroll Technician Certificate will be highly beneficial for Payroll
