As a result, we are currently looking for Virtual Account Managers, able to represent a major automotive delivering new business fleet sales and renewals. The role will be with a premium brand and you should possess the experience and capability to take the sale from initial data-led research to ordered vehicle. Please note that as you will be responsible for providing finance proposals to customers, you may be required to complete a credit check.
This role combines providing customers with an excellent experience at the end of their lease (company vehicle) with sales; through having a detailed and in-depth conversations you will be able to provide them with options to sign a new agreement.
This role can be based either from the Milton Keynes or Nantwich office. Due to the ongoing COVID measures we are adopting a hybrid working pattern, so you will be able to work from home in addition to the office. You will be provided with the necessary training and equipment.
The roles involve:
Building and cleansing a database of fleet customers interested in a premium brand
ntroducing fleet customers to the products, qualifying their requirements and presenting compelling proposals
Supporting fleet customers at the end of their vehicle lease, presenting them with suitable upgrade or comparable options and retaining their business
Promoting the brand positively and enthusiastically to new and existing customers
Demonstrating world-class customer service, building excellent relationships with our clients.
Directly relevant experience is not necessary; however, we are looking for:
Excellent communicators, comfortable having conversations with a range of different fleet customers (telephone and email etc.)
Curious, engaging people, comfortable investigating facts and having rich and detailed conversations with customers
Organisation and self-motivation with a strong sense of personal accountability
Strong IT skills; any experience of using CRM/Database systems is advantageous
You should possess both strong customer services skills with the confidence to identify leads and upsell opportunities
A background in Automotive / solutions selling is advantageous.

Salary: up to £26,000 + £6,000 bonus
