UK Sales Manager / Business Development Manager
TSRN are working with a well-established B2B & B2C manufacturer, who are going through a business transformation phase and looking to recruit, for an experienced Sales Manager to join their Head Office. This is a dual based role where the successful candidate will be involved in managing a team of four external BDMs and also driving the sales of the client products and solutions across a variety of industry sectors in the UK.
Key duties will involve:
* To manage and develop a high calibre sales team that is inspired and motivated to achieve individual month and annual sales revenue targets.
* To support the European General Manager in Monthly reporting, Strategy and profit targets.
* To help and be able to identify product and sales training needs and implement appropriate programmes for the team.
* To be able to achieve your own individual monthly and annual sales revenue targets from new business and existing customers
* To have the ability to build a new business prospect pipeline for both current and subsequent years.
* To work in conjunction with the marketing team to help achieve lead generation
* To identify and develop new business opportunities and revenue streams and ensure a high level of account management to existing customers.

Key skill and experience required:
* Sales team management experience
* Proven previous experience of selling a manufactured product into the UK Market
* Commercial awareness and proven ability to manage a budget, sales and profitability
* To be always results driven and motivated to achieve and exceed targets as an individual and as a team.
* To process outstanding customer-facing skills including communication, presentation and customer advocacy.
* To be highly dynamic, energetic and optimistic personality
* To be always hands on with your Sales team and process the ability to lead from the front.
In return the client is offering a salary up to £60k depending on experience, bonus, company car and an opportunity to progress in a rewarding company
