One of the newest and fastest growing healthcare recruitment agencies has an exciting vacancy for a Trainee recruitment consultant! The selected candidate will be handling nursing recruitment operations in to our UK clients; starting out as a recruitment resourcer which involves learning to "head-hunt" registered nurses in the UK and eventually finalising job offers with clients.
What you will do?
* You will be mentored with a senior consultant to help you develop your head-hunting skills to an elite level.
* You will resource for candidates who are active on the jobs and passive candidates for existing vacancies.
* You will learn to develop a good relationship with candidates who are constantly targeted by other recruitment agencies.
* You will be targeted to source "good quality candidates" during the first 4 weeks of joining our company
* You will start out as a recruitment resourcer and once you show you are consistently sourcing good quality candidates you will be promoted to becoming a recruitment consultant.

Our office is in Milton Keynes business centre, Linford Wood

Requirements
What we are looking for?
* University graduate
* Someone with a "can do" attitude
* Proven track record of success e.g. sports, clubs, hobbies etc
* Competitive nature to win
* Sales experience (desirable but not essential)
* Excellent communications and organisational skills
* Hard worker, enthusiastic, and keen on a fantastic career in recruitment
* Experience in recruitment is NOT necessary as full-training will be provided
