We're currently looking for a Trainee Sales Executive to join our Chiltern division. This is a fabulous opportunity to launch your career in construction with one of the country's leading residential developers. You will have a clear development programme with training opportunities to support you in progressing your career here with us.

The ideal candidate will be based in Buckinghamshire or surrounding areas.

Tasks would involve:

* To apply effective selling skills in order to exceed required profitable sales for the Division.

* To maintain the presentation of the sales areas to the highest standard.

* To effectively manage all customers and deliver excellent customer service.

* To generate potential sales leads in addition to those created by marketing activity.

* To maximise the use of the telephone as a sales tool.

* To research the marketplace, including second-hand comparables, and the used data to sell above the competition.

* To anticipate and alert management of the threat of cancellation and minimise cancellation rates.

* To work as a participative member of the sales team to ensure that the site is effectively managed and information is widely shared.

* To actively focus on self-development and promote the continuous development of selling and sales management skills.

* To optimise sales opportunities through the effective use of COINS.

* To represent Crest Nicholson to the highest professional standards of business.

* To work within Health and Safety regulations so ensuring the safety of themselves and others.
