Trainee Brand Development Executive / Brand Development Assistant
Location: Milton Keynes, BuckinghamshireSalary: Up to £21,000 + benefitsContract: Full Time, Permanent
Return on Investment is the market-leading provider of sales support, business development and customer support services to the automotive industry.
We currently seek ambitious individuals to work within our brand development teams supporting Hyundai from our Milton Keynes office. This is a fantastic entry point into B2B Fleet Sales – it will give you great training to progress to a Business Development position in the future.
As a Trainee Brand Development Executive / Brand Development Assistant / Brand Development Researcher. Your role will be to identify businesses operating fleet and business vehicles, speak to the people responsible for making decisions to understand their current and future requirements to enable the sales process to work.
The role involves:
• Developing the Hyundai Fleet database by researching companies, verifying information and ensuring information is up to date• Speaking to key people about their vehicle fleet, preferences and upcoming requirements• Identifying genuine sales opportunities and communicating this to colleagues• Prioritising leads within the database• Promoting the Hyundai brand positively and enthusiastically• Demonstrating world-class customer service, building excellent relationships.
This should be considered an ‘entry-level’ position and therefore directly relevant experience is not necessary, however we are looking for:
• Excellent communicators, comfortable having conversations with people at different levels over the phone• Curious, engaging people, able to research thoroughly and quickly• Good attention to detail with pride and ownership of work• Whilst not essential, an interest in the automotive industry helps• Strong IT skills; any experience of using CRM/Database systems is advantageous• Adaptable and mature, candidates should love working in a dynamic, client-facing environment.
