One of our clients in a lovely location in Milton Keynes, lovely open plan offices, are looking for a technical trainee Account Manager to join their team, full classroom and on the job training will be given.

* To answer all phone calls

* Offer information and solve issues

* Up sell to existing client base

* Manage one or two areas in the UK, account Management

* Invoices

* Quotations

* Inputting data

* Chase up warm leads

* Research and find new leads

* Liaise with management and field sales

* Process orders, quotes or requests as well as solve issues and offer advice

* Phone existing clients and promote new items

* Marketing/Filing and genera admin

Six months of training to learn products.

The ideal candidate is not afraid to pick up the phone, Warm sales not cold sales. Bonuses to be paid immediately on top of salary. Need to be self-motivated, to manage own workload and set yourself targets, able to multi task with strong interpersonal skills, someone looking for an opportunity, a career not stop gap
