Job Title: Telesales Team Leader

Location: Milton Keynes

Salary: Up to £25k basic + £10k OTE

As our Telesales Team Leader, you will manage, coach, and develop a team of 7 Business Development Partners within our Internal Sales Department. 

Our Business Development Partners, who are an integral part of our team, are responsible for qualifying enquires from a diverse client base by using their inquisitive nature to find out more about their business and how BSI can support them with our suite of products and services.

Skills and experience required as our Telesales Team Leader:

Ideally, we're looking for someone with both management and sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets. You’ll need to be extremely motivational, a natural team player, and someone who isn’t afraid to get stuck in to achieve results especially during busy periods.
