TELESALES EXECUTIVE
£20,000-£25,000 + OTE (£40,000+)

Teqniq are a recruitment agency which supplies permanent and temporary staff to clients in the UK and abroad.
Our client is looking to hire a number of experienced B2B TELESALES EXECUTIVES to join the team based in High Wycombe. You will be working for a well-known brand and have the opportunity to progress your sales career. This is an office-based role.
Responsibilities
Selling into existing customers
Developing new customers
Meet agreed sales and productivity targets.
Use campaign information to contact customers whilst managing the sales force CRM system ensuing all information is up to date and accurate.
Appointment setting and generating leads for the field and various other departments.
Closing sales
Achieving monthly sales targets
Identifying new business opportunities
Understand regulatory, fair trading, competition, anti-corruption and bribery and security rules relating to the nature of the business.
Carrying out other duties as requested
Experience required.
Telesales experience
Successful track record in sales
Enthusiasm and driven to succeed with a consultative approach.
B2B sales experience ideally delivering to SME’s
Ability to negotiate and close high value deals.
Good IT skills
Recognise sales opportunities.
Experience with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce
Competencies
Self-motivated.
Hungry to succeed.
Enjoys building relationships.
Friendly attitude
Able to learn and develop skills.
What’s on offer
Basic salary of £20,000-£25,000 DOE
Uncapped monthly commission, OTE 40K+
