My Client a leading company based in Beaconsfield is looking to recruit enthusiastic and friendly individuals to join their hard-working sales team on a full time permanent basis. 

The role is a broad one – as a member of their front-line sales team, you will be dealing with a high volume of incoming phone calls and emails, which range from general sales, general enquiries to order/delivery issues/queries. 

Your time would be split between the phones and email, so you must have an excellent phone manner, be a confident computer user, with good typing skills and have experience of using email on a daily basis. 

My client is looking for people who are versatile, have sales experience and can stay calm and professional during their periodic busy times. 

Required Skills & Experience

1+ years of Sales experience (Preferably Telesales)

Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written) is a must

Excellent telephone manner

Able to work under pressure

Very good computer skills to include accuracy
