Agria Pet Insurance has a fantastic opportunity for a Telephone Sales Executive to join the team. The role will be hybrid based upon completion of the training which will take place in our Aylesbury offices, once training is completed you have the option to work 3 days in the office and 2 days at home. However, there is an option to work from the offices 5 days a week, if preferred. You must also have excellent home broadband connection in order to run our multiple systems.
You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £18,000 – £21,000 per annum depending on experience plus commission and benefits.
Working hours: 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm and 1 in 3 Saturdays working 9am to 1pm on a rotational shift pattern.

About the role:
As our Telephone Sales Executive, you will contact our database of new pet owners and gain their continued custom, providing them with peace of mind and the best possible care and protection for their pets. You will also deal with inbound and outbound calls, to assist customers and provide them with all relevant information, quotations and insurance queries, as well as making accurate and rapid cost calculations for customers.
Responsibilities will include:
Ensuring customers are provided with all of the relevant information they need to make an informed decision and purchase
Identifying the customer’s needs, highlighting product features and benefits of policies
Maintaining customer records and taking telephone payments in compliance with security protocols
Utilising skills gained in training by closing sales and using a consultative and confident approach
Achieving sales, service and productivity targets
Responding to and following up sales and/or service enquiries using appropriate methods of communication
Be fully conversant and ensure all company and departmental policies, procedures and standards are adhered to at all times
Carrying out additional duties as requested by management to meet business requirements
Attending training, meetings and company events
Complying with Health and Safety policies and procedures
What we are looking for:
