Our Client has been providing language support to global corporations and government departments for more than 30 years, allowing businesses to accurately communicate anywhere in the world.
They are looking to recruit a Tele Sales Marketer, Ideally with some experience of appointment setting nor similar sales.
Job purpose
As a key member of our sales team, you will develop and grow a portfolio of client accounts in line with the company’s strategy. Your main accountability will be for achieving financial targets of revenue and appointments for the Account Managers. You will manage a mix of new and established accounts, updating them on services we provide and scheduling more detailed calls to discuss projects.
Working alongside a team of Project Managers and support staff, you will be responsible for managing their diaries with follow up calls for potential new projects. Speaking with existing accounts and promoting services they might not know they do. (Handling mainly ‘warm leads’)
Responsibilities
* Developing and growing a portfolio of client accounts in line with the company’s strategy
* Developing new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
* Acting as a respected and trusted strategic adviser to clients
* Building and managing strong, long lasting relationships with all clients and key stakeholders
* Achieving agreed financial targets
* Meeting SLA’s and KPIs
* Providing clients with a consistently high standard of service
* Maintaining clear and up to date CRM at all times
* Manage and Maintain Account Managers and New Business Managers Diaries.
Essential Skills
• Previous sales role experience welcomed
• Strong communications skills
• Excellent written skills
• Full UK driving license and ability to drive
• Standard IT infrastructure and desktop office tools, such as MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, MS Outlook
