TECHNICAL SUPPORT ANALYST
A brand-new opportunity has a risen for a Technical Support Analyst in the IT industry.
Have you previously worked as a Technical Support Analyst in the IT industry? This role is for a company who are looking for someone to act as the first line support provider for channel partners and to end customers. Have you worked in first line support previously?
This company have over 1000 members of staff all over the world and are looking for an ambitious candidate who wants to join the company’s journey whilst looking to advance their career in the IT industry.
BENEIFITS OF ROLE:
* £20,000 – £23,000 – Dependant on experience
* Double pay when working on a Sunday & Time and a half on Saturday
* Remote Working at times

DUTIES:
* Escalating and/or redirecting cases whilst liaising with 3rd level support and developers
* Participating and contribute in assigned individual and group projects with internal teams
* Effective management of all incoming customer calls, e-mails and live online chats whilst adhering to internal SLAs, KPIs and procedure
* A strong knowledge in networking, storage, virtualisation, surveillance and/or Linux
REQUIREMENTS:
* A drive to be successful in the Technology field
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
* Fluent in English, both verbal and written
* Either a bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering, or equivalent industry experience
* Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely and efficient manner
