The ROLE:
* Manages, owns and delivers and exceeds the agreed budget.
* Ability to create a clear vision and strategic plan for the client that is closely aligned to Group strategy and supports business development and growth
* Translates sales plans and activities into sales revenues and ensures the timely reporting of sales forecasts and other KPI’s
* An active and engaged member of the senior leadership team, including involvement and ownership of Group projects
* Implements Group key objectives within the business
* Ensures that business plans are executed in front of existing and potential customers
* Represents the company to major stakeholders
* Ensures appropriate product development proposals are created to ensure the brand develops in line with the agreed strategy
* Liaises with customers at executive/board level to develop commercial relationships and ensures customer satisfaction
* Develops and drives trusted relationships with senior level contacts within the big key account customers and handles deals which are complex in nature – offering a broad range of services and climate solutions
* Has the ability to progress into working with the Board to drive the business strategy.
