An outstanding opportunity has a risen for a Senior Technical Sales position.

Do you have a Solutions background in Technical Sales with a strong IT background? In this role you will be closely in touch with the application of technology and the business insights you generate will play an important role in the company‘s expansion strategy.

In the role of senior technical sales, you will be working daily with the resellers and engage with them in areas that the company are looking to improve sales. Your role will also include gathering intelligence from executives, channel and key customer segments about the market demand and future growth opportunities.

* £45,000 – £50,000 – Depending on experience

Technical Sales Duties:

* Gathering intelligence from executives, channel and key customer segments about market

* Participating and contribute in assigned individual and group projects with internal teams

* Updating the newest technology, its implications in the industry and the company’s solutions portfolio and product line-up

* Understanding the existing ecosystem of established platforms and drive solution adoption in assigned product segments

* Assisting commercial team projects that involves complex and specific requirements

Technical Sales Requirements:

* Data driven, enthusiastic in field application of technology, data analytics, and advising on business insights

* Network attached storage, AWS, Linux, Virtualisation, Storage Arrays, CCTV

* A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer science or Engineering would be preferable but not essential

* 5 years or more experience in Engineering, IP Technology, Data Centre, or Cloud & Storage systems

* A clean driving licence
