Senior Sales Executive – Perfume Wholesalers

My client is a leading wholesaler of designer fragrance, cosmetics and haircare based in the Buckinghamshire, England. This is an opportunity to take your career to the next level, to be part of a fast-paced organisation and show your agility and ambition. My client will pay a competitive salary and commission package, offering flexibility with hybrid working.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prospect and generate leads using the internal database
* Build and identify new business opportunities
* Cold calling to build new leads
* Build a pipeline for new business, upsell and cross sell new products
* Identify special offers, price them correctly per client and present the client appealing offers
* Organise meetings with clients, work with each client individually and strategically
* Build and maintain successful and ongoing sales relationships with clients
* Provide efficient support and guidance to clients in a timely manner, recommending solutions to any problems
* Exceed sales targets and KPIs
* Successfully negotiate contracts and pricing with clients
* Provide daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the Commercial Director by collecting, analysing, and summarising information
* Develop a deep understanding of market trends such as product inflation etc.
* Analyse competitors and compare pricing
* International travel on an ad hoc basis to attend trade exhibitions, conferences, and client meetings
* Be a clear and confident communicator and deliver high customer service standards
You must have…
* Previous B2B experience
* 5+ years' of sales experience (desirable)
* Proven history meeting or exceeding quota and closing sales
* An understanding of the full sales cycle
* High levels of drive and motivation to succeed
* Exceptional negotiation skills
* Highly organised and able to prioritise tasks
* A real problem solver, constantly seeking solutions
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Good Microsoft Office skills
