Salary: £20,000 basic (before probation up to £30,000 after) + OTE up to £25,000 (Uncapped)
Location: Milton Keynes
Type of Contract: Permanent, Full-time.
Hours: 37.5 hours working week, Weekends and evening work

The role…

As the Senior Sales Consultant – Student Admissions your role will involve the following important duties:

Answer inbound telephone calls and convert leads into sales.
NO cold calling.
Take a consultative approach with parents & students to generate a recommendation and build trust.
Following up with leads to hit Sales Quota.
Weekly sales coaching and formal training. 
This role offers training and progression with possible development into Head of Consulting.
The experience required…

As a successful Senior Sales Consultant – Student Admissions, you will have the following:

Minimum 5 years experience in B2C sales.
At least 3 years experience in Tele-Sale.
Experience working to targets/KPI's and a strong desire to smash targets.
