The Senior Recruitment Consultant role will see you working within a well-established business and knowable team with a myriad of different clients throughout the local area and across the UK.

We are ideally looking for someone with a strong healthcare recruitment background that is used to working to KPI's and has the determination and desire to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Senior Recruitment Consultant Experience and Skills:-

Health and Social Care recruitment experience desirable

Experience of permanent recruitment desirable

Strong business development, sales and negotiation skills

Driven, Determined and self motivated

Proven track record within recruitment

'can do' attitude

Excellent communication, teamworking and organisational skills

Commercial awareness

Ability to motivate and lead a team

This role will initially be based from home due to the current ongoing and unpredictable situation with Covid-19. We are therefore seeking a self motivated and autonomous individual who doesn't mind temporarily working alone however, full support and training will be provided by our experienced management team.

Competitive Basic Salary

Fantastic uncapped commission structure

20 days holiday (plus 8 days bank holidays) rising to 25 with each year's service plus an extra day for your birthday.
