Position: Senior Kitchen Sales Designer / Showroom Manager

Location: Milton Keynes

Salary: £27-30k+ Basic salary, depending on experience. Excellent Commission Scheme £50k+, 28 Days holiday inc Bank Holidays, Pension, Christmas Shutdown

The Company:

One of Europe’s largest and prestigious kitchen brands has exciting growth plans for 2021! They specialise in mid-high end German kitchens which are showcased in their stunning showrooms across the UK.

They now have an opportunity for a Senior Kitchen Design Consultant/Showroom Manager to join them in their stunning three floor showroom in Milton Keynes, to make the showroom their own and to be part of a leading brand in the industry.

The Role: Senior Kitchen Sales Designer / Showroom Manager

Duties to include but not limited to:

* Direct point of contact for retail and small project customers

* Designing and tendering for retail and small projects. You may need to travel to sites on weekly visits and assist where needed on technical areas.

* Develop a new customer portfolio including small builders, architects, and interior designers.

* Full tender of new enquiries which come in with full analysis of work.

* Maintaining high levels of design presentation, including quotations on SMART and making live, CADs and customer presentations

* Improving sales in line with targets

* Maintaining and improving margins

* Surveying kitchens within homes

* Preparing a fully detailed customer file with plans, elevations, listings, order, and technical details prior to final check by technical team

* Ensuring all paperwork, including drawings and contract is fully signed by the customer and copies are provided post sale.

* Preparing all presentations and obtaining sign off where needed

* Keeping stock levels of price books, literature, and samples

* Actively sell and promote the company’s products at all times.

* To manage profit in line with company’s expectations

* To ensure that customer service standards are exceptional at all times.

* To ensure that customer complaints do not arise by delivering excellent service.

* To ensure that you always have up to date knowledge of products.

The Candidate: Kitchen Sales Designer / Showroom Manager

* An experienced Sales Designer who has design, sold and project managed within a mid-high-end showroom environment.

* Used Compusoft Winner CAD and has an impressive Portfolio of design examples.

* Must have experience selling German manufactured kitchens and a strong product knowledge of appliances.

* A strong and proven track sales record with a drive to exceed targets.

* A senior Designer who is looking to manage a showroom of their own or currently a designer/showroom manager.
