Team Leader

Milton Keynes

£35k per annum + bonus

My client is looking for recruit a Sales Team Leader to join their call centre environment based in Milton Keynes. The role is and expected start date Feb 2022.

You will be responsible for managing a team of 12 sales executives and targeted to generate new business opportunities for field sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage a team of up to 12 Business Development Advisors who focus on driving new business within a Contact Centre environment.

* Engage, motivate, and influence your team to deliver their best, leading by example and acting as a role model within the Contact Centre.

* Perform assessments of staff performance, ensuring they are conducting themselves in the right way.

* Find opportunities to improve performance within their team followed by crafting detailed action plans that ensure performance metrics are continuously being reviewed

* Build a culture of two-way communication by having regular catch ups with your team to keep them informed and focus on development

* Train, develop and mentor your team to help them be the best they can be, ensuring detailed action plans are documented and your team are held accountable

Experience

* A proven track record of leading a team of individuals to achieve sales targets preferably in a contact centre

* A passion for not just achieving but exceeding targets with a proven track record of winning

* Experience of managing teams in a target driven environment

* Great communication skills and be comfortable dealing with a variety of partners and all levels
