THE ROLE: As the Inside Sales Team Leader you will be responsible for the management and development of 10 Business Development Associates. Your team is responsible for booking appointments for the BDM's to sell mobile payment solutions and EPOS systems into any business that wants to accept card payments. Your team will be primarily dealing with Business Owners and MD's. This is an extremely autonomous role which will give you the freedom to manage, recruit and develop a fantastic, high performing team that are based in Milton Keynes. This position is office based 5 days per week.
THE PERSON: To succeed in this role, you will need to be hugely driven, motivational, organised with a proven track record of sales success within fast paced, high activity environments. What you have sold previously isn't important, but you will need to be able to demonstrate a track-record of exceeding sales targets. THE PACKAGE FOR INSIDE SALES TEAM LEADER:
Basic: £35,000
Bonus: £30,000 on top, UNCAPPED and paid monthly
