We are currently working with one of the UK’s based payment service businesses based in Milton Keynes as they seek x2 Sales Team Leaders.

You will be leading a team of 8-12 business development advisors focusing on calling potential customers to create successful leads to book appointments for business development managers to visit.

To be considered for this role, you will need to have a successful background in leading a sales team as well as coaching and developing employees. You will need to have a positive approach to everything you do and influence this onto your team.

Key Deliverables

Manage day to day work activity of your team
Support and coach individual/team performance
Assist advisors with any escalated issues if needed
Daily team meetings to go over performance and business updatesSalary: £35,000 – £40,000 – uncapped commission – OTE £75,000

Contract type: Permanent

Hours: Monday – Friday (08:45 – 17:15)
