This role requires an experienced business to business internal sales person with strong administrative skills who enjoys developing good quality long term business relationships with customers and who uses a consultative style of selling.
Our client manufactures and hires out a range of products and solutions used by the fast moving construction industry.
Your role will be to keep in regular contact with new and existing clients with a view to identifying key decision makers, understanding the customers buying cycles and future plans where the client may need the company's solutions.
You will also be responsible for making appointments for the Manager to meet with the clients, sending out company literature and updating the computer system with key contacts and conversations. You will also help prepare quotes as part the tender process to win contracts. There is extensive liaison with other people in the company involved with project coordination, contracts, finance and suppliers.
Suitable candidates should have similar experience and a genuine interest in following a career in sales. You should also have to ability write professional letters/emails with a good use of English, a good level of numeracy and computer literacy.
