Our client is seeking a Sales Support Administrator to join their ambitious and well-established UK business working in their Milton Keynes based office.
Position: Sales Support Administrator
Hours: Full Time -The role is office based. Our client will consider part-time hours (Salary Pro Rata)/ flexible working arrangement for this position.
Salary: £25,(Apply online only) per annum DOE
The job will involve…
Supporting the Pre-Sales department along with the Design department
Creating and distributing new tender leads & clarifications across the team using our CRM software
Loading supply only orders & emailing order confirmations to customers
Liaison with our European based factory, freight forwarding partners and customers on delivery queries
Raising prepayment invoices
Updating our internal tender monitoring board using Excel
Collating product sheets & TUV certificates for bids using Adobe PDF
Creating equipment data tables ready for inclusion in construction drawings
Printing, trimming, boarding, and posting designs to customers
Stock inventory, ordering stationery and design materials
Liaising with senior management and European-wide business contacts & partners.

Able to work autonomously, proactively managing personal workload
Is trustworthy and takes responsibility for managing deadlines, planning tasks for self and receiving input from others, checking details, and raising anomalies
Structured and accurate, especially with data input skills, excellent attention to detail is a must
A natural multi-tasker, able to track and manage multiple tasks concurrently
Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Able to learn quickly ‘on the job’ to comprehend and adjust to new and updated information
Accommodating with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude
Committed to providing excellent customer service
Experience using MS Word & Excel & Adobe PDF
Experience using business systems would be an advantage, but training will be given
